AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Commercial Support Specialist.

 

As Commercial Support Specialist you design smooth processes for the sale and handling of services for our machines. You will maintain the systems and clarify queries with representatives of the group brands as well as with sales and dealers throughout Europe and Asia pacific. This role will be a contact for market queries, issues and feedback related to the service products across brands in EME and APA. This position will take on to the current commercial issues and promote /Resolve them post correct analysis. The role will be of a team player having quick comprehension paired with implementation skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality.    

 

Your Impact

  • Support in the commercial processing of contract changes and problems in the automated processes
  • Contact person for individual queries from the market as well as for the evaluation and creation of regular reports.
  • Support the expansion of Aftersales commercials Excellence program in EMEA.
  • Support in optimizing the ordering and invoicing processes.
  • Support in Market release of Aftersales Digital Products.
  • Participation in the creation of materials in B2B marketing as well as training and dealer information documents
  • System and process support for bonus programs for dealers (determination and communication of KPIs, contact person for queries)

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • You have completed degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • 8+ years of Experience with Agricultural or Industrial Machinery Aftermarket parts Sales and customer support domain.
  • 3-6 years of first practical work experience in aftersales / commercial services.
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and have experience in SAP, Salesforce ERP.
  • Enjoy working with numbers and creating business documents.
  • Experience with Project management lifecycle Tools like AzureDevops etc.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
  • Agile Certifications – Scrum Master is preferred.
