We are looking for an experienced professional to design and implement advanced data science and generative AI solutions that drive business impact. This role involves identifying insights, selecting methodologies, developing models, and collaborating with engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions. You will work on cutting-edge generative AI applications while ensuring statistical rigor and operational excellence across the analytics lifecycle. 

Your Impact 

• Analytics & Insights 

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize actionable insights across core business areas.Translate business needs and hypotheses into data-driven tasks and computational workflows. 

• Model Development 

Design and implement machine learning models (regression, classification, forecasting, deep learning) and ensure statistical integrity.Conduct proof-of-concept studies to validate feasibility and performance. 

• Generative AI 

Research, design, and implement generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs, diffusion models) for business applications.Fine-tune and optimize models, conduct experiments, and evaluate outputs for accuracy and reliability. 

• Deployment & Integration 

Work with cloud and data engineers to deploy models using scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines.Ensure production readiness, including monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management. 

• Communication & Adoption 

Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders using strong visualization and storytelling techniques.Support adoption of analytics solutions through effective communication and demonstrations. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• 7+ years of experience in data science and analytics with hands-on model development and deployment. 

• Proven expertise in generative AI (LLMs, GANs, VAEs) and advanced machine learning techniques. 

• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). 

• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hive, Hadoop), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices. 

• Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value
