This role will be responsible for monitoring Dealers and Distributions Inventory reports in Parts domain. This Position will join our Managed Dealer Inventory Team.  The Inventory Planner will play a key role in Planning, Managing, and Optimizing inventory for Dealer accounts  

 

Your Impact 

  • Forecasting & Inventory Management: Oversee forecasting and inventory planning for selected MDI dealers, including reviewing system-generated orders and planning alerts. 
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Use data analytics to identify trends and inefficiencies, providing actionable insights to improve dealership performance. 

  • Dealer & Distributor Collaboration: Maintain ongoing communication with dealers and distributors to refine planning parameters, gather feedback, and enhance data quality. 

  • System & Data Handling: Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex IT systems, file manipulation, and data integration tasks. 

  • Performance Monitoring & Strategic Focus: Track key performance indicators, analyze supply chain effectiveness, and balance strategic vision with attention to detail 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Extensive Industry Experience: Over 10 years in spare parts business, including Parts Distribution Centers, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and dealer ordering algorithms. 
  • Deep Supply Chain & Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of parts ordering processes, retail sales forecasting, supply chain operations, and hands-on experience with ERP and legacy systems. 

  • Advanced Data & Reporting Skills: Skilled in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and interpreting reports from ERP and CRM systems to derive actionable insights. 

  • Global Collaboration & Communication: 5+ years of global experience supporting enterprise-level operations, with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work across time zones. 

  • Business Engagement & Requirements Management: Proven ability to build effective business relationships and ensure accurate capture and implementation of business requirements
