AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Design Engineer. 

We are seeking a detail-driven and technically proficient Mechanical Design Engineer with intermediate experience in Creo modeling, drawing creation, and ECN processes. This role is critical in supporting product design and lifecycle management activities, ensuring engineering accuracy, manufacturability, and documentation compliance throughout the development process. 

Your Impact 

• 3D CAD Modeling & Drafting: Create and update detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using PTC Creo, with exposure to casting, structures, plastics, and cabin interiors, while applying GD&T and adhering to design standards. 

• Design Changes & ECN Management: Implement design revisions for performance, manufacturing, or product updates and prepare/process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure proper documentation and approval workflows. 

• PLM Data Management: Manage CAD data, version control, document traceability, and engineering workflows using Windchill PLM.  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reviews: Partner with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams, and actively participate in design and peer reviews to ensure design intent, quality, and cost objectives are achieved. 

• Continuous Improvement & Standards Compliance: Support process improvement initiatives by promoting CAD best practices, enhancing drawing quality, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and efficient design methodologies. 

Your Experience and Qualifications  

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design with PTC Creo  

• Exposure to Casting, Structures, Plastic, Cabin interiors. 

• Hands-on experience with Windchill or similar PLM tools. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.  

• Proficiency in GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and drafting standards.
