AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Design Engineer (Creo Modeling/Drawing/ ECN).
We are seeking a detail-driven and technically proficient Mechanical Design Engineer with intermediate experience in Creo modeling, drawing creation, and ECN processes. This role is critical in supporting product design and lifecycle management activities, ensuring engineering accuracy, manufacturability, and documentation compliance throughout the development process.
Your Impact

Design Development: Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and refine tractor components and systems.

CAD Modeling: Utilize PTC CREO software to create accurate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings of tractor parts, incorporating GD&T principles.

Stack-Up Analysis: Perform stack-up analysis to assess dimensional variation and tolerance accumulation in tractor assemblies, ensuring proper fit and functionality. Prototype Development: Assist in the creation and testing of tractor prototypes, providing feedback for design enhancements and improvements.

Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and reports to effectively communicate design concepts, GD&T specifications, stack-up analysis results, and analysis findings to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process enhancement and participate in initiatives to improve design methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Windchill PLM: Utilize Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software for managing design data, documents, and collaboration within the engineering team. Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and product management teams to ensure design objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Proficiency in PTC CREO software and relevant engineering tools.

Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application in 2D drawings.

Experience with stack-up analysis techniques.

Basic knowledge of tractor systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
