Job Summary

The Director of Technology CoE for Salesforce and Adobe will lead the strategic vision, governance, and delivery excellence for enterprise-level CRM and digital experience platforms. This role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring platform scalability, and enabling business transformation through Salesforce and Adobe technologies. The Director will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class customer engagement solutions.

Your Impact  

 

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for Salesforce and Adobe platforms aligned with business objectives. 
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for platform usage and development 
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging capabilities within Salesforce and Adobe ecosystems. 
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance. 
• Manage platform performance, security, and integration with enterprise systems. 
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for efficient deployment and maintenance. 
• Advocate and consult on out-of-the-box platform capabilities to full-full business requirements 
• Serve as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce and Adobe
• Manage system integrator relationships and ensure alignment with contractual obligations and SLAs. 
• Manage licenses, subscriptions and maintenance cost with vendors 
• Build and lead a high-performing CoE team of architects, developers, and administrators. 
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Provide mentorship and career development opportunities.   
• ⁠Accountable for application development, operations, support and system architecture

Your Experience and Qualifications

 • 15 years’ experience in technology leadership roles preferably in Customer Technology. 

• Experience in People Management. 

• Proven expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and Adobe Experience Cloud. 

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent. 

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions. 

 Experience in Agile methodologies, ideally PMP or Agile certifictions 

• Proven experience managing a budget. 

• Adobe Certified Expert in Experience Manager or related modules. 

• Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations in a large scale and complex enterprise environment.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model and declarative development.   

• Familiarity with DevOps Engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
