AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of EPLM Project Manager, Global MDM - Parts Book. 

Location: Pune

 

The EPLM Project Manager for Global MDM and Parts Books will lead a newly created EPLM team in India, supporting AGCO's strategic Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management project to create a complete digital thread of seamless data flow from engineering and manufacturing to aftersales service and repair solutions. The role will be crucial in the development, testing, and deployment of new PLM tools and processes to manage Global MDM and Parts Catalog data for all of AGCO's manufacturing sites and end markets. The EPLM Project Manager Global MDM and Parts Books will have management responsibilities providing leadership and guidance to the team of EPLM Specialists responsible for developing and utilizing new tools and processes around Service BOM management and the creation and publication of Interactive Parts Catalog content. The role will interface regularly with EPLM Project PM and PO who lead the Aftersales Agile team, and manage and record activities inside ADO project tool. The EPLM Project Manager for Global MDM and Parts Books will work closely with the Global Manager of EPLM Aftersales on the EPLM strategic roadmap and prioritizing future technical development that support AGCO's Farmer First strategy.

 

Your Impact

  • As a part of the people management responsibilities the role will lead a team of EPLM Specialists in the AGCO Digital Capability Center.
  • Coordinate with PM and PO leading Agile team and utilize ADO for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Works with senior management to develop EPLM strategic roadmap and responsible for execution of project requirements and deliverables with regional team.
  • Participates in Scaled Agile methodology supporting AGCO’s global EPLM project.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project requirements and priorities across global and regional teams.
  • Assists in development of PLM data quality and change management standards and ensures compliance with regional team utilizing said standards.
  • Support integration of PLM and master data with AGCO Parts eCommerce platform.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Oversees creation of training materials relevant to new tools and processes, and responsible for facilitating training for regional teams.
  • Cleaning and rationalizing complex data from multiple sources. Coordinating and implementing enterprise level change across multiple regions functions of the business.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Full-time bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Minimum). Masters (Preferred)
  • Experience with Agricultural or Industrial Machinery in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Publication, Service, or Training.
  • 12+ years as a Project, Program, or Product Manager with experience leading global initiatives.
  • Experience with Windchill PDM or similar PLM software
  • Knowledge of CAD processes and tools, preferably PTC CREO
  • Experience driving enterprise level Change Management
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
  • Strong problem solving and solutioning skills.
  • Resilient and strong character able to manage challenging stakeholders.
  • 6+ years of Global experience driving enterprise level support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels Globally and business management.
  • Flexibility in working at different time zones to participate in Business meetings.
  • Certifications Windchill PDM or similar PLM software
  • Experience in AWS, SQL, SAP, Salesforce, Tableau is preferred but not mandatory. 
  • Professional Experience of working with Salesforce suite of tools
  • Agile Certifications – Product Owner is preferred.
