AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of EPLM Specialist, Global MDM-Parts Books.

Location: Pune 

 

The EPLM Specialist will join a newly created EPLM team in India, supporting AGCO's strategic Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management project to create a complete digital thread of seamless data flow from engineering and manufacturing to aftersales service and repair solutions. The EPLM specialist will work closely with a global team of business stakeholders and technical developers to develop, test, and deploy new PLM tools and processes around Service BOM management and the creation and publication of Interactive Parts Catalog content. The EPLM specialist will be managing critical product data across AGCO's full line of agricultural equipment and developing improved customer facing solutions for AGCO's end markets across the globe.

 

Your Impact

  • Works with global EPLM team to develop, test, and deploy new PLM tools and processes.
  • Create Service BOM structures and master data from engineering and manufacturing source data.
  • Transform engineering source data into visual formats that are consumed and utilized by end customers (2D & 3D).
  • Maintain SBOM data and Parts Catalog information through closed loop change management processes.
  • Participates in Scaled Agile methodology supporting AGCO's global EPLM project.
  • Work across teams of business stakeholders and technical developers to align on project requirements and priorities.
  • Assists in development of PLM data quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Creation of training materials relevant to new tools and processes.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and bugs as they come up.
  • Cleansing and rationalizing complex data from multiple sources.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Full-time bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Minimum).
  • 10+ years of Experience with Agricultural or Industrial Machinery in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Publication, Service, or Training.
  • Experience with Windchill PDM or similar PLM software.
  • Knowledge of CAD processes and tools, preferably PTC CREO
  • Knowledge of PTC toolset (Windchill, Creo Parametric, Creo Illustrate, Arbortext, SAPSB)
  • Experience with Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECN)
  • Experience with SAP ERP and material management.
  • Strong problem solving and solutioning skills.
  • Resilient and strong character able to manage challenging stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of Global experience driving enterprise level support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels Globally and business management.
  • Flexibility in working at different time zones to participate in Business meetings.
  • Certifications Windchill PDM or similar PLM software
  • Experience in AWS, SQL, SAP, Salesforce, Tableau is preferred but not mandatory. 
  • Professional Experience of working with Salesforce suite of tools
  • Agile Certifications – Scrum Master is preferred.
