AGCO is currently looking for a Parts Book Technical Author to join the Parts Book Team. The Parts Book Technical Author will be responsible for the creation of Parts Books Data content and illustrations for Global designed AGCO products.  Additionally, the Parts Book Technical Author will be responsible for analyzing engineering data. He / She will load and maintain service parts, in collaboration with his / her direct management of the parts database. He / She will use Global AGCO Systems such as SAP or CREO for these tasks.   

 
Your Impact 

  • Produce complete, clear and accurate parts catalogs content to company standards for publication, assist in creating, producing and developing easily understood artwork for parts catalogs.  

  • Processing information and data (engineering documents, changes, etc.) from Engineering, Manufacturing, Parts Marketing, Customer Service, Parts Warehouse and Suppliers.  

  • Answering technical queries from dealers, customers through salesforce tickets and internal functions within the framework of general policy rules.  

  • Analyze engineering BOM, define serviceability (SAP) and create PLH with illustration.  

  • ECN - MCN Performance Part Book correctness and readiness (Sales Force Cases and OKTS delivery) 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Full-time bachelor's degree in engineering (Minimum). Approved by AICTE institution 

  • 5 Years + experience of working in Products technical knowledge, Engineering technical skills and Systems.  

  • Broad knowledge of the aftermarket Parts Business, Parts catalogues and Parts Distribution Centers operations.   

  • Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and EBOM, with proficiency in relevant toolsets—preferably CREO (PTC Toolbox)  

  • 2+ years of Global experience driving enterprise level support
