AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Parts Commercial Continuous Improvement Manager APA.

 

The role provides support to the regional parts business in managing continuous improvement activities across the commercial functions as well as key operational initiatives that adhere to the Farmer First mindset while simultaneously driving sustainable revenue and income growth. This role involves engaging with and mentoring both functional and cross-functional leaders and colleagues, overseeing a portfolio of joint projects or initiatives across regional and inter-regional levels. It includes swiftly identifying and escalating risks or issues that could hinder the timely achievement of milestones and targets. The role also supports the regional Parts business to deliver reports, analysis, or reviews in the context of the initiative portfolio and individual projects, ensuring that the strategy, initiatives, and progress are communicated to and well understood by the organization.   

 

Your Impact

  • The role takes ownership of projects and acts a driver for continuous improvements.
  • The role collaborates closely with the global Parts PMO team.
  • Conducting independent project work supporting regional Parts business.
  • Support and manage a variety of strategic actions to drive income growth and service improvement.
  • Supporting project stakeholders and colleagues in gaining data insights, utilizing, and improving existing reports and dashboards in Tableau.
  • Leading distribution process optimization/re-engineering efforts to address specific business requirements and to eliminate waste from the distribution processes.
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve the knowledge and skill of the team.
  • Implementing mistake-proofing controls to maintain or improve process quality.
  • Conducting root cause analyses to address specific process problems.
  • Conducting time studies and methods analyses.
  • Documenting processes using process mapping and value stream mapping.
  • Project Management KPIs delivery of projects within time and budget, meeting the defined gate reviews and implementation milestones.
  • Improve Regional Aftersales Parts revenue and net income.
  • Improve parts service level.
  • Increase customer satisfaction (NPS).

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in the field of Engineering. (Minimum) / Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or comparable.
  • 10+ years of Experience of working in spare parts business, Parts Distribution Centers, Inventory Planning, Demand Forecasting.
  • 10+ years of experience in understanding of parts ordering process, forecasting retail sales, understand of parts SCM operations and working on strategic sales planning.
  • Excellent understanding of financials in Sales and Marketing Domain for Parts and Whole-goods.
  • Knowledge of Reports in SAP MM, SAP SD and Salesforce ERP Systems.
  • Hands-on experience in working with Advance Excel and Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience and high level of expertise in creating High Impact Presentations using MS PowerPoint. Ability to turnaround from Concept to final presentation with minimum supervision and short timelines.
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple
  • levels Globally and business management.
  • Ability to Influence stakeholders without authority.
  • Experience of managing an effective working relationship with the business.
  • Someone dedicated and driven who goes the extra mile and a good team player.
  • Excellent analytical skills and structured thinking, ability to self-start.
  • Affinity for data and figures is a must to deliver on the work outcomes.
  • Customer Focus and Service Delivery.
  • 5+ years of Global experience driving enterprise level support.
  • Flexibility in working at different time zones to participate in Business meetings.
  • Desired - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Certification / hands-on experience in Tableau.
