AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Payment Analyst.
Perform regular payment run according to agreed schedule which includes generating the payment proposal, reviewing supporting evidence, executing payment run, and posting payment into ERP Systems accordingly.
Detect and notify unsuccessful payments. Assist to resolve unsuccessful payments. Provides documents and/or reports required for audits. Creation of manual payment instructions in several Bank Portals
Conducts data entry of accounting entries into the system and ensures data integrity. Ensure SOX policies and procedures are adhered to. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Understand the context between information coming from different sources. Able to analyze reports, identify errors, make proposal and execute corrective actions
Keep month end close deadlines. Account reconciliations prepared on time
Your Impact

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or business (or similar)

4+ years of relevant experience. SAP knowledge is an advantage

Analytical skill is an advantage

Able to communicate & fluent in English

Able to communicate & fluent in German - Nice to have
