AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Product Integrity Coordinator.
The Metrology Lab Coordinator – Product integrity will join a World Class metrology hub as a supporting component of AGCO's supplier quality initiatives, sourcing strategies and efficiencies pursuant to AGCO's Farmer First model and NPS aspirations. The Lab Coordinator will provide critical activities that support the fluidity and flow of the Metrology Lab with activities inclusive of parts handling, parts tracking, facility parts staging, Inspector assistance with manual tasks related to parts inspections or tooling set up / preparation, documentation preparation and many other tactical elements that support the Metrology Lab. The Lab Coordinator while being a hands on position will have a vision and aspiration for a quality lab where an awareness of the equipment and environment are consistent with the candidates aspirations. The candidate will be comfortable working in an industrial setting where machines operate. Further, the Lab Coordinator must have basis technical competencies of product / components of mobile equipment in nature. The candidate will be a self starter and operate with minimal guidance. The candidate will have a passion for urgency, efficiency, collaboration and organization.
Your Impact
- Parts inbound receipt & tracking of parts – Before & After Sample inspection.
- Support of Inspectors when additional handling is required (Parts cutting, Sample preparation etc..).
- Support maintenance and / or management of Met Lab equipment to ensure equipment operation / daily service needs.
- Movement of parts by proper means: Manual fork truck and / or overhead crane
- Apply EHS / 5S compliance to the Metrology Lab.
Your Experience and Qualifications

3 years experience in a supporting factory / industrial operations with function / logistics / warehouse management.

Technical awareness of industrial components used for equipment manufacturing.

Ability to focus on documentation accuracy, completeness and clarity.

Strong self starter with minimal guidance Works with urgency and conviction High level of organization Communicates well between colleagues.

Must have Mid to advanced English written / oral communication skills.
