In alignment with Global Total Rewards CoE guidance, policies, and procedures, manage employee compensation and benefits programs for the Asia Pacific region, ensuring programs are competitive, fair, and compliant with legal requirements. Partner with local HR and/HRBP to advice and provide guidance related to Compensation and Benefits programs.  

 
Your Impact 

  • Collaborates with regional business partners and leads to implement global compensation and benefits administration processes. Stay abreast on market trends and surveys, conduct periodic reviews and perform cost analysis/data modeling, and recommend changes/enhancements. 

  • Supports the benefit renewal process, ensures information about plan changes are tracked centrally and supports the annual benefits process. 

  • In collaboration with Global Total Rewards, participate in annual processes (e.g. merit, bonus, open enrolment) and support the execution of programs in the region. 

  • Collaborate with Global CoE as well as Local HR colleagues, Finance and Legal to communicate materials, prepare management reports and ensure regulations and filings are met. Ensures compliance with legislation and HR policies and compliance standards in area of functional responsibility. 

  • Help reinforce employee benefits governance across business units 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelors  in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field, with a min 5 years in Compensation and Benefits or similar role 

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software (ideally SAP / Success Factors) 

  • Highly IT literate with previous experience of working with HR reporting systems and excellent knowledge of Excel. 

  • Experience in compensation programs and their administration and the broader HR strategy, anticipating customer needs and identifying solutions 

  • Experience working in a global organization is preferred, with demonstrated cultural sensitivity, and experience dealing with multiple countries. You are proven in dealing with HR colleagues and executives, effectively communicates, collaborates and interfaces with senior management
