AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer – E Validation. 

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer for Electronic Validation. This position is to lead the validation and testing efforts of electronic components, circuits, and systems. This role is critical in ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of products before they reach production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic hardware validation, debugging, and compliance testing, with hands-on experience in laboratory environments using advanced test equipment. 

Your Impact 

• Analyze Project Requirements: Understand and interpret project requirements to develop appropriate test plans and define test case scenarios.  

• Code Verification and Analysis: Perform static code verification and analysis to ensure software standards are met.  

• Functional Validation Testing: Conduct functional validation testing on various platforms such as bench or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems.  

• Issue Resolution: Work closely with feature and system engineers to resolve any in-house feature issues. Support tools : Polarion, CAN / J1939 / GD protocols  

• Documentation: Document validation activities and maintain records for all validation processes. Keeps abreast of latest technological advancements and updates of the current validation structure,seek new hardware and softwares needs to improve the validation process. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Education: A bachelor's or master degree in computer science/ Electronics Engineering, or a related field.  

• Experience in software validation methodologies, testing techniques, and test case development.  

• System Tools: Polarion, CAN / J1939 / GD protocols  

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools.  

• Strong problem-solving skills.
