AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer - ECU Virtualization 

Your Impact  

• Develop virtual ECUs (vECUs) using appropriate simulation platforms and technologies.  

• Integrate vECUs with plant models to enable virtual testing of embedded software.  

• Enable Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing workflows to validate ECU software functionality.  

• Provide virtual environments to support calibration engineers in performing parameter tuning and validation.  

• Collaborate with embedded platform engineers to ensure behavioral consistency between virtual and physical ECUs. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.  

• Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong intercultural communication skills for working in global, cross-functional teams.  

• Experience using MathWorks tools (MATLAB, Simulink) for model-based design, integration, and simulation commonly used in virtual ECU workflows.  

• Hands-on experience with virtual ECU development environments and a solid understanding of embedded vehicle networks and real-time operating systems (e.g., AUTOSAR, RTOS, Linux).  

• Proven ability to lead the team as-well-as work independently, take ownership of technical deliverables, and collaborate effectively in distributed develop
