Your Impact 

• Provide effective iSeries system troubleshooting and end to end problem resolution. Provide iSeries system administration, server provisioning, patching, operating system upgrades, supporting production/test environments.    

• Manage iSeries system performance and offer role related project support when required.  

• Develop, document and maintain procedures for system utilities such as backup/restore, performance tuning and configuration of environments as well as incremental backups as required. Support job scheduling and assist in system maintenance activities.  

• Thin Client Implementation and global warehouse support.  Offer onsite iSeries IT support on a call out rota basis.  

• Perform similar and related duties as assigned by team lead. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Experience of IBM iSeries - AS400/Power system administration and troubleshooting.  

• Knowledge of IBM iSeries/Power system network, access and security guidelines and procedures.  

• Knowledge of Robot scheduler, Redwood Scheduler, SAP and MS Windows products.  

• Detailed experience of Agco’s business and knowledge of IT Operations support protocols.  

• Knowledge of internal auditing processes, & experience of ITIL Concepts
