The Solution Architect is an integral part of the Customer Technology Teams in the Agile Software Delivery Process. The Solution Architect helps design and deliver solutions using Salesforce products. Proven experience in designing and implementing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portals for global partner ecosystems with in-depth knowledge of the PRM platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices, enabling them to help companies effectively manage and empower their partner ecosystem. As a PRM Expert you will act as the primary functional lead for PRM initiatives, driving the design and implementation and optimization of our global partner ecosystem
Your Impact

Design and Document Architecture: Define and document Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal architecture, including onboarding processes, user roles, permissions, sharing rules, and data visibility.

Configure and Customise Salesforce PRM: Align the platform with business needs by setting up partner portals, managing user access, defining roles, and streamlining onboarding.

Expertise in PRM and Salesforce: Demonstrate strong understanding of partner relationship management principles and proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customisation.

Partner Enablement and Collaboration: Lead partner onboarding and training, collaborate on prototypes and proofs of concept, and translate abstract problems into actionable solutions.

Product and Delivery Oversight: Manage backlog grooming, supervise configuration, testing, and deployment, ensure reusable solutions, mitigate technological risks, and communicate functional and technical fit.
Your Experience and Qualifications

PRM Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing PRM portals for global partner ecosystems, with a strategic approach to solution design and execution of tactical plans.

Analytical and Advisory Skills: Strong ability to observe trends, analyse results, and make proactive recommendations to improve outcomes.

Communication and Influence: Outstanding written and visual communication skills, able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and enable confident decision-making.

Leadership and Collaboration: Self-starter with experience leading projects or delivery work streams, coaching and motivating multi-disciplinary Salesforce teams.

Responsiveness and Stakeholder Engagement: Available and approachable for questions and clarifications, ensuring smooth collaboration across all levels.
