AGCO is currently looking for an experienced professional that can play the role of Sr Analyst in our global Windchill PLM Application Management team. The Sr Analyst’s role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology and business process solutions they need. The Sr Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business and IT team make good decisions. The Sr Analyst will also be proactive about working with all internal Development Groups and other IT teams to look for new technologies to optimize business processes. Candidate will work individually or as a member of a team to provide technical expertise for the design, development, deployment, and on-going support of the AGCO Windchill PLM system with focus on the SIM module. The candidate should have proven senior experience in designing, configuring, and supporting PTC Windchill SIM and integrations with external systems. 

 

Your Impact 

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders throughout the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation. 

  • Translate business needs into executable functional designs, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and Windchill best practices. 

  • Design, develop and maintain systems integration, assessing the impact of proposed changes and maintaining up‑to‑date workflows, reports, and functional documentation. 

  • Support the product lifecycle in the Windchill environment, including effort estimation, release planning, and contributions to change management activities. 

  • Plan, execute and document testing and validation, ensuring high internal customer satisfaction and compliance with all IT, security, and corporate policies. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Full‑time Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an AICTE‑approved institution. 

  • Proven senior experience working with PTC Windchill or similar PLM system in area of Parts/Aftersales. 

  • 10+ years of proven senior experience in IT industry (as Analyst, Developer or similar). 

  • Knowledge about Aftersales/Parts business processes and master data. 

  • Proven senior experience with PTC Windchill focused on the SIM module, including configuration of Windchill BOM and Parts Lists, as well as configuration of Windchill Objects and Workflows.
