Sr. Business Analyst, Distribution Management – APA – by providing high-quality reporting, analytics, and coordination across regional distribution teams. This role plays a key part in consolidating performance data, tracking progress against KPI targets, preparing executive level presentations, conducting market analysis, coordinating the rollout of key initiatives, and managing communication flows to internal stakeholders and dealers. 

The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions and functions. 

 

Your Impact 

  • Consolidate regional performance data, maintain accurate KPI dashboards, and monitor progress against targets to identify gaps and risks. 

  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc performance reports, translating complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights and presentations. 

  • Conduct market, dealer network, and competitive analyses to support strategic decision‑making and strengthen distribution performance. 

  • Coordinate with regional Distribution Management teams to ensure alignment, track initiative milestones, and report progress or bottlenecks to leadership. 

  • Maintain consistent documentation of processes, updates, and action items while supporting planning and rollout of regional and cross‑regional initiatives. 

 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 

  • 9–12 years of overall professional experience. 

  • Strong capability in data visualization and reporting using Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in performance metrics, business reporting, or analytics. 

  • 5+ years of experience in Dealer Development and Distribution Management within multinational B2B2C organizations. 

  • Experience with Salesforce and proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, multiregional environments, preferably within Agriculture Equipment, Construction Equipment, Automotive, or similar industrial OEM sectors.
