AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer CFD.
We are seeking a Sr. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Engineer to lead fluid flow, thermal, and aerodynamics simulations for advanced engineering applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CFD analysis, modeling, and validation, using Star CCM+ software to optimize product performance and efficiency.
Your Impact

CFD Analysis & Simulation: Perform high-fidelity CFD simulations for fluid flow, heat transfer, and aerodynamics using software Star-CCM+.. Analyze fluid-thermal interactions, turbulence effects, and pressure distributions to optimize product design for efficiency and performance.

Pre-Processing & Meshing: Generate high-quality computational meshes using tools like Creo & Start CCM+ to ensure accurate simulation results. Post-Processing & Data Interpretation: Interpret simulation results using visualization tools (ParaView, Tecplot, CFD-Post) and provide actionable design recommendations.

Model Validation & Testing: Correlate CFD results with experimental data and physical testing to improve model accuracy and reliability. Multiphysics & Coupled Simulations: Work on conjugate heat transfer (CHT), multiphase flow, and fluid-structure interaction (FSI) problems.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design engineers, thermal engineers, and testing teams to integrate CFD insights into product development. Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure simulations comply with industry regulations such as ASME, ISO, or SAE standards, depending on the application.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, design reviews, and presentations to communicate CFD findings and recommendations.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in CFD analysis and simulation. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and turbulence modeling.

Expertise in CFD software Star-CCM+ & Creo for Model generation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
