AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer. 

Your Impact 

• Manage DFMEA plans for your responsible projects/subgroups/modules. 

• Lead and guide the DFMEA team through the analysis process, ensuring the proper application of the FMEA methodology. 

• Help to identify potential failure modes, their effects and causes, and to evaluate the severity, occurrence, and detection of potential failures with the DFMEA team. 

• Ensure that identified risks are addressed and mitigated. 

• Track the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. 

Your Experience and Qualifications
