AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Sr. Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Requirement Management Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of requirement management methodologies and toolchains within our Systems Engineering team. This role focuses on enabling efficient collaboration through process development, tool integration, and training support, with an emphasis on Polarion and System Composer platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in systems engineering, requirement management tools, and instructional capabilities.
Your Impact

Develop and implement methods for requirement management.

Support the application and integration of the toolchain for requirement management and system architecture, specifically using Polarion and System Composer.

Prepare and conduct training sessions for employees in the Systems Engineering department.

Collaborate with system engineers to establish best practices and standards.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Closely collaborate with the Systems Engineering team.
Your Experience and Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of experience in requirement management and systems engineering.

Proficient in using requirement management tools and system architecture tools. Experience in preparing and conducting training sessions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.”
