AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of  Sr. Penetration Tester.

The cybersecurity team at AGCO is dedicated to protecting the integrity and resilience of AGCO’s digital ecosystem. Its core mission is to proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities across AGCO’s offboard products—including web applications, mobile platforms, and embedded systems in connected smart vehicles. By simulating real-world cyberattacks and applying advanced penetration testing strategies, the department ensures AGCO delivers secure, high-tech agricultural solutions that empower farmers globally. The team thrives on innovation and cross-functional collaboration to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Your Impact

• Perform penetration tests on AGCO’s web and mobile applications.
• Research and design tools and methodologies to identify vulnerabilities in embedded systems and connected smart vehicles.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, methodologies, and execution plans.
• Coordinate testing and remediation efforts with product development and deployment teams. Clearly document findings and actively mentor junior testers to strengthen AGCO’s internal security capabilities
• Contribute to threat modeling and secure design reviews during product development. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• 3–8 years of product security experience in IoT, connected vehicles, or embedded systems.

• Strong familiarity with OWASP Top 10, OWASP IoT Top 10, and CWE Top 25.

• Proven expertise in penetration testing methodologies and tools for web, mobile, and embedded platforms.

• A relevant technical degree and exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. 

• Outcome-focused mindset with strong communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
