AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Syncron Product & Project Manager who will be acting as AGCO’s global superuser of Syncron Price. 

This role will be responsible for:  

• Reporting directly to the Manager, Smart Pricing & Projects Management, Global Parts, the Product & Project Manager is responsible for maximizing the features and usage of the Syncron pricing tool and providing thought leadership on finding opportunities to improve global pricing effect and price contribution to organizational revenue 

• This role will ensure best utilization of the pricing tool by keeping the pricing team’s know-how on latest features and developments up to date  

• This product and project manager will stay informed with product developments and capabilities ensuring the organization is leveraging the latest features  

• The product and project manager will support the implementation of a global structure (both system and processes) and bring expertise to ensure the pricing organization maximizes opportunities in all regions. 

Your Impact  

• Work with global marketing and sales colleagues to devise internal tools and processes to collect and manage competitor data and Support the development of analytical reporting and dashboards that will gather insights needed for tactical and strategic decision making across all regions . 

• Drive all Syncron and CRM/Salesforce (Pricing) related topics to support the Global Aftersales Pricing Business. 

• Continuously analyze opportunities to improve the systems and tools to maximize pricing opportunities. 

• Stay connected to market/competitor’s solutions to dynamically propose improvements. Work with commercial teams to develop pricing alignment and strategies for list and net price management 

• Help support the creation and deployment of a global process for discount management and discretionary discount policies, ensure global and regional price revision processes maximize opportunity while considering market intelligence to support growth in strategic product categories and financial requirements are met 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• 8+ years of business and After Sales experience across different industries and/or businesses. 

• Ability to elicit and document requirements - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English 

• Strong problem solving and solutioning skills, Ability to build trust relationships with internal and external Partners and Detailed understanding of the complexities of modern business dynamics, preferably within a global organization 

• Agricultural, OEM pricing and/or After Sales sector experience is a plus 

• 2 + years of experience with Syncron pricing tool and 2+ years of experience in project management and working in a multi-cultural / global team with a variety of different stakeholder
