As an Agriculture Channel Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for training partners, understanding product capabilities, and handling escalated technical support cases. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new sales opportunities while conducting thorough product analyses to ensure effective market positioning.

 

Your Impact
 

  • You conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical workshops to educate partners and customers on features and applications
  • You assist the sales team with technical insights and support during customer interactions, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • You address inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • You provide technical guidance and support to channel partners
  • You work with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • You participate in agriculture industry events, enhancing brand visibility and staying updated on latest practices and technologies

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role within the agriculture industry
  • Strong understanding of agricultural equipment, products and practices, especially crop management and precision farming
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and either Russian or Ukrainian  
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within designated local regions and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
