Who we are looking for:
The Senior Manager, Personnel Security (PerSec) reports to the Chief Informaon Security Officer and will build and lead a team that works across all Security functions (Enterprise Security, Manufacturing Security, and Product Security). The Senior Manager, Personnel Security is a highly integrated role that will develop relationships globally across the enterprise to influence and achieve security goals through organizational change. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protections of employees, contractors, third parties, systems, networks and data. This role will enjoy a varied daily agenda that prioritizes data-driven decisions.
What you will do:

Administrative/Management/Leadership/Logical/Role Based Access Control/Adjudication
- Personnel Security policy and procedures development and implementation
- Understands how to align roles to logical and physical security access agreements
- Knowledgeable about personnel screening best practices and techniques
- Adjudicates individuals requests for logical and physical security access
- Verifies individuals accessing systems are familiar with applicable policies and procedures
- Monitor all phases of personnel security including pre-hire, hire, transfer, suspension, termination
- Personnel security as it relates to non-employee workers
- Personnel sanctions for personnel who fail to comply with established policies and procedures
What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent certifications and experience in security 10-15 years business experience and 10 years of relevant security experience

Proven experience building and leading teams, programs, and functions related to personnel security (insider threat, access control, emergency action planning)

Direct experience building and managing programs based on applicable standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.) to achieve compliance regulations

Strong preference for outcome-oriented thinking and strong familiarity with critical infrastructure, specifically within agriculture and/or manufacturing, and the unique industry needs and emerging regulatory climate

Extensive knowledge of applying security across multiple disciplines (access controls, credentialing, insider threat, embedded products, enterprise systems, etc.)

Strong networking background and relevant skillset and experience maintaining and developing environments across the globe
Additional Requirements
Up to 25% travel may be required.
