Global Transfer Pricing Manager

(Fully Remote Working)
 


Job Summary
 

Position required to take responsibility for managing the group's global transfer pricing responsibilities. Primary areas of responsibility will be to develop, document and apply an appropriate and acceptable global transfer pricing policy for goods, services and IP as well as other intercompany transactions. This should support compliance with all local transfer pricing compliance obligations, together with adherence to SOX, US GAAP and local GAAP requirements to the extent they impact the Group's transfer pricing activities. In addition, this position will maintain oversight of roles, responsibilities and leadership activities conducted by the personnel employed in AGCO's European Principal Company (EPC) structure. This will require ongoing engagement with key leadership personnel of AGCO's EPC.
 

 

Job Responsibilities
 

•    Develop and apply an acceptable global transfer pricing policy
•    Support transfer pricing requirements of business change/ expansion
•    Develop and maintain adequate transfer pricing documentation
•    Control global entity profit margins in line with global business models
•    Support global transfer pricing positions during tax audits
•    Act as guardian of the principles of the Principal Company structure including ongoing reviews of
•    personnel and substance activities
•    Preparation of global Country by Country Reporting
 



Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting; an MBA or similar Master’s Degree and a CPA or other professional designation is preferred.

ACA qualification or equivalent accounting qualification

•    Proven experience in transfer pricing is required and experience in industry (as opposed to practice) would be an advantage.
•    An understanding of accounting systems such as OneStream / HFM and SAP is desirable.
•    Effective communication skills and attention to details and deadlines
