Your Impact 

• You define and own the global CX strategy, including a multi‑year roadmap, governance frameworks, and KPI structures aligned with corporate goals. 

• You build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite leaders, regional executives, dealer principals, and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment. 

• You design and optimize omnichannel customer, dealer, and distributor journeys across digital and physical touchpoints. 

• You lead and scale AI‑driven personalization, analytics, and digital solutions that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. 

• You develop and inspire a high‑performing global CX organization, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and future‑ready capabilities.  

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 

• Bringing at least 15 years of experience in digital technology, including 10+ years in leadership roles 

• Demonstrating a strong track record in leading large‑scale, cross‑functional digital initiatives 

• Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective collaboration at all levels 

• Having extensive experience managing large teams and budgets, operating with high integrity and professionalism
