Your Role

The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for defining desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet dealer and distribution partner needs. The Product Manager – Global Dealer Integrations (GDI) will lead the GDI team (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Solution Specialists), working to enable the access of OneDigital Capabilities through AGCO’s dealers CRM/DMS/ERP systems. The Product Manager – GDI will also work with their team, the System Integrations Team, Solution Management Team, and supporting Agile Release Train (ART) teams to develop and deploy new capabilities. Furthermore, the PM owns the prioritisation of the feature backlog and is the only team member empowered to accept features as done.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, including direct people management, preferably of globally distributed teams.
  • Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education preferred.
  • Proven professional experience in Digital Product Management with relevant experience in software development using Agile Methodologies (e.g. SAFe) and program/project delivery on enterprise level. SAFe PO/PM qualifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of EDI / API technologies and standards, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ERP & CRM systems preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of Digital solutions in the agriculture, automotive, or other engineering industries is desirable.
