Your Role
The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for defining desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet dealer and distribution partner needs. The Product Manager – Global Dealer Integrations (GDI) will lead the GDI team (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Solution Specialists), working to enable the access of OneDigital Capabilities through AGCO’s dealers CRM/DMS/ERP systems. The Product Manager – GDI will also work with their team, the System Integrations Team, Solution Management Team, and supporting Agile Release Train (ART) teams to develop and deploy new capabilities. Furthermore, the PM owns the prioritisation of the feature backlog and is the only team member empowered to accept features as done.
Your Impact
- Leadership of the Global Dealer Integration workstream, working closely with Business Stakeholders and Digital Transformation Office (DTO) leaders regionally to define and implement the roadmap for Dealer / Distributor integrations at the global level. The Product Manager GDI will take End-to-End responsibility for solutions from delivery to application support and management.
- Collaboration directly with Dealers, Vendors, Business Owners, and Solution Management teams to understand the market forces, desired economic outcomes, and broader solution vision influencing product strategy. Balances stakeholder perspectives and proactive communication of the roadmap.
- Partnership with System Architects and the Release Train Engineer to guide toward successful delivery, synergizing between product strategy and implementation.
- Enable continuous feedback loop by involving stakeholders and Dealers/Distributors frequently in Continuous Exploration, PI Planning, and System Demos. Owning and leading ART events like Inspect and Adapt activities, biweekly System Demos, Solution Demos, and PI System Demos, actively imparting knowledge, collecting feedback, and addressing product-related issues. Ensuring product completeness based on PI Objectives and release of product value.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, including direct people management, preferably of globally distributed teams.
- Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education preferred.
- Proven professional experience in Digital Product Management with relevant experience in software development using Agile Methodologies (e.g. SAFe) and program/project delivery on enterprise level. SAFe PO/PM qualifications preferred.
- Knowledge of EDI / API technologies and standards, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ERP & CRM systems preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of Digital solutions in the agriculture, automotive, or other engineering industries is desirable.
