Job Summary


This position will be working for Infra Apps / Web Systems Team. The group is responsible for providing full support for AGCO's web based/ on-premises and cloud facing technologies, which includes managing Web certificates, External DNS & SFTP/EFT and ensuring the security of file transfers utilizing protocols such as HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP. This to include global technical project support for AGCO’s global initiatives. The day-to-day technical support includes the responsibility for ensuring that the systems are highly available and reliable, delivering proactive continuous functionality to AGCO. Support for projects as required and agreed for building new solutions in line with the approved standards and assisting where necessary to define such standards.


The successful candidate should possess in depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with EFT/SFTP, DNS and Windows Servers Management Administration. The position´s primary responsibilities consist of EFT/SFTP & DNS design, architecture & troubleshooting, and certificate services support.


The job duties also include performing data entry work on the Domain Name Services (DNS), managing domains, auditing user permissions across platforms, offering technical support to users, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Individual will also provide technical direction and support for projects and infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to administrate and support EFT solutions and DNS environment at AGCO globally, which includes Global Scape EFT and similar tools. 
  • Automation and setting up new SFTP accounts and file transfers & automated reports for file transfers.
  • Monitoring of jobs and alerts set up for files processing.
  • Configure and maintain web certificates & domains. 
  • Resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently working with internal teams and external vendors to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Maintain service processes, procedures and standards, methodologies and frameworks updated.
  • Evaluates, defines, develops, and deploys new service support processes and/or enhancements to existing processes related to web-based technologies. 
  • Continually monitor environment to ensure best practices and Federal guidelines are being followed.
  • Create advanced monitoring strategies for monitoring and reporting health of Web Systems components.
  • Record problem symptoms and status information in a timely fashion and communicate internally within IT and externally with the customer through problem resolution.
  • Ensure that Sarbanes-Oxley compliant policies are applied to all applications developed or supported.
  • Participate in on-call rotation (as required) for emergency technical support and planned maintenance activities.




  • Strong knowledge in managing Windows Server 2008-2022. 
  • Strong experience with DNS, EFT/SFTP solutions.  Global Scape File transfer tool working knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiar with Certificates Management. 
  • Experience with Cloud players like AWS, Azure and Google. 
  • Good understanding of PowerShell Scripts. 
  • Good understanding of Microsoft roadmap and how to communicate the future changes impact on an enterprise solution. 
  • Data Entry Skills & Ability to multitask. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills.
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related scientific. 
  • Microsoft Expert, EFT or AWS related certification is a plus.
