This position is responsible for the whole process of managing Fendt Wheeled Tractor orders, to include managing allocations, applying discounts, slotting, order changes, invoicing, shipping and paperwork preparation for registration in both markets and satisfying the companies requirements for reporting these volumes. In addition, covering the same requirements for all other Fendt Full line products from the point of production.


A close working relationship will be required with UK & IE Sales Team, AGCO Business Credit, MOD Dealer Central Team and AGCO Finance. From time to time contact with other internal departments will be necessary, such as satisfying internal audit, revenue recognition requirements and sourcing COC for dealers as required.


Point of contact for external organisations such as DVLA, DVSA and Irish Revenue, as well as answering questions regarding order status for internal staff and Dealers via phone, Teams and email.


Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Managing Fendt Wheeled Tractor orders to include managing allocations, applying discounts, slotting, order changes, invoicing, shipping and paperwork preparation for registration in both markets and satisfying the companies requirements for reporting these volumes.

  • Managing Fendt Full line product orders from the point of production (order processing, slotting etc to be handled by MOD team).

  • Create daily invoice list for business credit.

  • Complete Month End Close.

  • VL060 Report.

  • Manage Fendt order status report.

  • Produce Fendt credit hold report.

  • Manage documentation to allow tractor road registration such as V55 in UK and Irish "birth cert" and ensure distribution of completed V55.

  • Allocation of discounts to orders in line with current discount structures as supplied by Marketing, Sales, DAF or sales campaign.

  • Manage RGR process to return machinery to Fendt inventory.

  • Work with Distribution Management to set up new dealer accounts and activate them as required. 

  • Handle Dealer and Internal inquiries 

  • Prioritise workload and meet monthly invoicing targets


Candidates should have:

  • Strong background in an order processing environment

  • Experience of international shipping, freight and logistics

  • High attention to detail

  • Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and IT skills

  • Must be a self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic team player
