We are seeking a Wholegoods Commercial Manager to join our team, based in either Victoria or New South Wales and covering this region.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager Sales Operations MF ANZ, this role plays a key part in lifting dealer performance, strengthening dealer capability and improving Dealer Net Promoter Score (NPS) across your area of responsibility. You’ll work closely with Brand Sales Teams and internal functions to drive strong commercial outcomes across the network.

As Wholegoods Commercial Manager, you’ll support and influence AGCO’s dealer network to improve both Wholegoods and operational performance. Through initiatives such as NPS, MOS standards and other performance improvement programs, you’ll help dealers deliver stronger business results and exceed customer expectations now and into the future.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with AGCO dealers across Victoria and New South Wales to improve performance, capability and customer experience.
  • Use Salesforce, NPS and dealer insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support dealer development through onboarding, training, business planning and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver sales, operational and network goals.
  • Maintain a strong dealer visit cycle, using market, sales and inventory insights to support growth and commercial outcomes.
  • Build trusted dealer relationships and help deliver AGCO’s broader business objectives across the region.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of dealership operations and practices within the agricultural sector.
  • Experience working across multi-franchise dealer networks.
  • Confidence using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or agriculture will be highly regarded.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, (50 – 70% ).
  • Ability to travel domestically and overseas as required.
