We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager , Fendt Track Tractors & Rogator Sprayers to lead the strategic marketing and go-to-market execution of two of our most advanced and premium product lines.

This is a high-impact role where strategy meets the paddock perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, dealers, and customers.

 

About the Role

Reporting into the ANZ Marketing leadership team, you will take ownership of the Fendt Track Tractor and Rogator Sprayer portfolios, driving product success across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be the critical link between global product teams, local sales, dealers, and end customers, ensuring our solutions are competitively positioned, clearly differentiated, and commercially successful.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product marketing strategy for Fendt Track Tractors and Rogator Sprayers across ANZ
  • Lead new product introductions, lifecycle management, and portfolio planning
  • Translate market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable commercial strategies
  • Partner closely with Sales, Dealers, and Field Teams to drive sales performance and market share
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales tools, value propositions, and product messaging
  • Support dealer and internal teams through product training, demonstrations, and field engagement
  • Monitor sales performance against plan and implement corrective marketing initiatives where required
  • Work with Marketing Communications to deliver impactful campaigns, launches, and promotional activity
  • Represent AGCO and the Fendt brand at field days, exhibitions, and key customer events

 

About You

You are commercially astute, customer-focused, and confident influencing across complex stakeholder groups. You enjoy being close to the market and are equally comfortable with data, strategy, and hands-on field activity.

 

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, product management, or commercial roles, ideally within agriculture, machinery, or industrial sectors
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with dealers and sales teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) as required

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience in agricultural machinery or capital equipment is highly regarded
