We are looking for a

BUILD QUALITY ENGINEER

to join our Build Quality team in Suolahti

YOUR ROLE
As a Build Quality Engineer (BQE), your main responsibilities are

• Quality assurance activities in Transmission plant
• OEM manufacturing PPAP’s, Control plans and participation on FMEA
• OEM claim handling
• quality assurance activities for new parts in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
• monitoring and developing Transmission plant quality performance
• preventing and resolving build quality issues in serial production
• Problem solving and deviation handling

You will work closely with the global supplier quality team, purchasing, engineering, technical service, production, AGCO internal customers and suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you should have

• excellent cooperation, negotiation, and project management skills
• experience in quality assurance in serial production or production development
• knowledge of quality management systems, quality tools, PFMEA, Control plan, PPAP elements, and SAP is advantageous
• lean knowledge is also beneficial
• technical education (e.g., B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
• proficiency in English and Finnish
