The Suolahti Engineering team is looking for a 

DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Moderator

Your Impact

• Manage DFMEA plans for your responsible projects/subgroups/modules.
• Lead and guide the DFMEA team through the analysis process, ensuring the proper application of the FMEA methodology.
• Help to identify potential failure modes, their effects and causes, and to evaluate the severity, occurrence, and detection of potential failures with the DFMEA team.
• Ensure that identified risks are addressed and mitigated.
• Track the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Automotive Engineering or related fields.
• Experience and knowledge of FMEA methodology and analysis process.
• Ability to manage and understand the structures and systems of mobile machinery, and cause-and-effect relationships.

• Good teamwork and communication skills, also in English.
• Interest towards risk management, product safety, tractors and mobile machinery seen as an advantage.
