As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will align people strategies with business objectives, driving talent development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational transformation. You’ll lead core HR functions such as workforce planning, compensation, and employee relations, while using data and insights to support proactive, informed decision-making. This role requires strong stakeholder management, confident communication, and the ability to navigate both global and local contexts with consistency and compliance.
Your Impact

Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across global and local teams.

Lead and support key HR programs including culture, engagement, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with business goals and local regulations.

Deliver data-driven insights and workforce analytics to enhance decision-making, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Facilitate change management processes, including organizational design, communication strategies, and stakeholder alignment across functions and regions.

Build strong relationships across the organization, presenting confidently to diverse audiences, negotiating effectively, and fostering a collaborative HR culture.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a business partnering or generalist role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Self-driven and organized professional with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently.

Confident to work both Finnish and English
