Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining production master data in SAP. You will implement production changes — including BOMs, routings, and standard hours — through work studies. In addition, you will improve change management processes and tools, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. 

Your Impact: 

• Change Management: Implement change notifications from both engineering and manufacturing into the BOM 

• Master Data Management: Follow and maintain master data for products, assemblies, and components, including BOM, routing, assembly location, standard time, and warehouse data 

• Work Studies: Lead work studies and evaluate the balance between need and benefit. Maintain STD time based on studies and engineering change notifications. 

• Additional Tasks: Support colleagues in NPI projects, reinforce component follow-up, and ensure build readiness. 

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent 

• Advanced understanding of production systems and processes 

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) 

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English 

• Basic proficiency in IT tools (Office 365)
