Your Impact

Ensure continuous material availability for production lines by proactively coordinating supply, preventing material shortages, and maintaining inventory levels within defined targets to support productivity and financial performance.

Manage supplier relationships and logistics activities through daily communication on deliveries, shipment rescheduling, transportation arrangements, express freight bookings, and resolving supply chain issues.

Oversee material planning processes including material master data maintenance, new part implementation, shortage reporting, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor and secure supplier performance by actively managing 25 to 60 suppliers and ensuring the timely supply of 300 to 1,500 material numbers through preventive actions and close follow-up.

Support successful production and customer delivery outcomes by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time, enabling machine deliveries to farmers and contributing to the company's overall operational success.
Your Experience and Qualifications

B.Sc in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent experience
-
2+ year work experience within logistics / transport / supply chain area, Fluent English skills (written and oral). Finnish seeing as an advantage. Strong or good Excel skills

Understanding supply chain and material flow principles. Strong pressure resistance

Sharing the same values of teamwork, openness, ownership, commitment, proactivity and respect

Good negotiation, fast problem-solving- and time management skills.
