Product Marketing Specialist, Valtra, EME

We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing Specialist to Valtra Tractors, with a main focus on the Valtra SmartFarming solutions.  

This role is ideal for a person who can understand the Farming activities in a larger scale and, on the other hand, wants to have a concrete impact on how Valtra's customers experience our products.

Your Impact 

• Own product marketing for the SmartFarming related solutions we offer, including autoguidance, ISOBUS, telemetry and offboard solutions. Act as a team member for future development of these products, collaborating across functions located in diverse AGCO sites.  
• Plan and support farmer-focused demonstration activities for these products, as part of Valtra marketing  
• Develop training and knowledge sharing for distributors, dealers and internal teams, as well as respond to their inquiries.  
• Contribute to a high-performing product marketing team.  
• Implement and develop further Valtra's customer journey and AGCO's 'farmer first' principle 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.  
• Wide agricultural industry experience (i.e. experience in sales, after sales, marketing, product development or education) 
• Good communication skills; additional languages beyond Finnish and English are a plus.  
• A long-term, result-oriented mindset and a desire to innovate. Willingness to travel is required  
• Office in Valtra home base Suolahti; remote work flexibility available (current model 2 days per week).

Your Workplace 

This role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 3 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.
