This position is responsible for providing marketing support and training material, as well as training for Valtra products (including options and accessories) in the EME region. As a member of Arable, Contracting & Non-AG team the person is responsible to ensure that all distributors´ staff is fully trained on Valtra products, to enable them to achieve the corporation’s sales objectives. 

Additionally, the position will be the key to the development of Sales Tools materials into Valtra branded products: the identification of the needs of the network, proposing training offerings and material including product knowledge and sales skills. This should include close co-operation with not only inside Marketing and Sales, but also with Customer Support 

Your Impact: 

• Demonstrate Valtra product features and ensure effective sales arguments. Educate teams on agronomic principles & benefits to better connect with farmers. 

• Work as an N & T Series product specialist, ensuring in-depth technical and practical knowledge. Make and develop training materials. Develop & communicate competitive landscape about Valtra products 

• Managing training classes together with a team. Provide support on product-related questions with acceptable answering time. Make sure N and T Series are presented properly in different events, trainings, exhibitions, web pages, releases etc. 

• Drive growth in Value Sales (SmartTouch, Valtra Guide & Software). Set clear sales targets with representatives and oversee their progress. Supervise and support sales teams in achieving value sales goals. Ensure the right product range is available to our customers. Farmer first feedback to the engineering projects & product management 

• Other tasks: Includes monitoring Valtra SmartTour, Showell Machine Handover Installment & Partner Collaboration 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

• Farmer First test driving experience safety, GROW safety related courses. SmartTour safety guidelines & monitoring SmartTour leads 

• Manage Partner collaboration (recharges), Product experience and develop a high-level understanding of machine features and benefits. Gain strong knowledge of competitor machines to position products effectively. Understanding technologies in agriculture 

• Ability to communicate clear messages, listen and pick-out the relevant product related topics and opportunities from the vast information flow. Ability to understand entities, analyze the impact of different decisions, react fast but not hastily, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to successfully operate, influence and get results in the cross functional matrix team 

• To have systematic and consistent decision-making skills. Required Fluent verbal and written communication in English language. Wide ERP and MS office skills
