Digital Product Performance Manager 

 

to join our team in Suolahti 

 

 

Your role 

We are currently seeking a Product Performance Manager to act as a subject matter expert for our Precision Farming products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying systemic failures, defining resolutions, and implementing improvements that increase the overall health of AGCO products. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Engage cross-functional AGCO teams to solve customer problems and meet PPR/PCR Time to Identify and Time to Upgrade targets. 

  • Manage Product Support Program definition and deployment and ensure communication of current product issues and resolution status to the markets. 

  • Drive engagement with dealers and customers, ensuring that the proper issues are being nominated to the product concern resolution process. 

  • Organize and lead Service Review Meetings to update AGCO dealers and field staff on current PPR challenges and provide valuable input on emerging issues that customers may face. 

  • Champion knowledge growth within all internal support groups on assigned products. 

 

Your experience and skills 

  • Technical education is required in Agricultural Technology or similar and 2-5 years of experience in a technical problem-solving role in Information Technologies or Vehicle Embedded Software is valued 

  • Knowledge of Agricultural Machinery and Precision Farming Products. 

  • Knowledge of Vehicle Electronics, CAN Bus, Multiplexing, DoIP, Vehicle Network Communications, Mobile Electrical, Hydraulic, and Mechatronic Systems. 

  • Basic knowledge of GPS, Correction Services, and common Industry Providers. 

  • Familiarity with computer and application log files, and interpretation tools. 

  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills across all levels as well as analytical and problem-solving capabilities  

  • Communication skills - both written and verbal. 

  • Good agile and project management skills.
