Your Impact

• You lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment
• You drive innovation by identifying customer needs, generating and evaluating new product ideas, and prioritizing them for implementation
• You manage end-to-end product development, including rapid prototyping, testing with real customers, and coordinating 2-3 concurrent projects
• You collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to ensure efficient delivery and support
• You oversee the transition from concept to market, including manufacturing setup, supply chain planning, and product launch support
• You monitor product performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability throughout the product lifecycle
• You encourage a culture of learning by celebrating achievements and embracing both success and failures  

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering) and 5+ years of experience developing solutions for agricultural systems
• Proven ability to take full ownership of projects, lead a high-performing team, and drive success in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Strong background in developing business cases, managing budgets, and contributing to financial planning
• Demonstrated experience identifying market opportunities and leading new product development, especially in agricultural systems
• In-depth technical expertise and hands-on approach in agricultural engineering, with a track record of delivering practical, market-leading solutions
• Effective communicator and thought leader with a continuous improvement mindset and the resilience to learn from failure
