Summer Trainee, Export Coordinator

In this role, you will gain insight into an international working environment and learn the fundamentals of export and logistics while working with award-winning, high-tech products. Our team will support and guide you—you can confidently ask more experienced colleagues for advice and genuinely develop your skills through practical, real-world tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the tractor export process from order to delivery and invoicing
• Support the team with order entry and tracking
• Help prepare and review export documentation and invoicing
• Participate in international communication with dealers and importers under guidance
• Contribute to maintaining sales systems
• Work in collaboration with Valtra and AGCO teams in Suolahti

We expect you to have

• Interest in learning about logistics, supply chains, and export operations
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools – previous experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as a structured way of working
