Supply Continuity & Development Engineer (m/f/d).

What You Will Do

• You will support the global tower Manager to assure business continuity with a specific focus on our production in Marktoberdorf
• You identify potential for improving our processes and to implement new ones within the AGCO organization
• You collaborate closely with global purchasing commodity teams and the productions materials management to make sure of availability of purchased parts
• You improve and develop expertise and manage supplier delivery schedules, incoming deliveries and consignment-stocks

What You Will Bring

• University degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or comparable education
• First work experience in a Lean/Logisitcs related roles, preferably in a global environment
• Fluent language skills in english and german
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP-systems (preferably SAP)
• Availability to travel based on projects requirements

• Hands-on approach
• Quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers in a cross functional, matrix oriented and multicultural organization
