The Operations Manager will assist in implementing strategic and tactical initiatives and is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of operational processes. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to support a “Farm First” strategy. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Operations.
Your Impact
- Prepare materials and data for weekly meetings with global team leaders, contributing to discussions on process improvements, ongoing projects, and KPI tracking
- Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas needing improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process or tool improvements; gather user feedback, coordinate testing, and assist in the rollout of new tools to ensure seamless adoption.
- Collaborate with distributors and dealers to understand their needs, gather requirements for current and upcoming projects, and communicate these to relevant teams.
- Assist in developing and administering global warranty processes and procedures to meet PTx standards
- Play a key role in development and implementing a new PTx Warranty software tool
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience required
- 2-year degree, preferred
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $65,000 - $127,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 6% of compensation.
