The DevOps Engineer – R&D Enablement, is focused on and responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure according to best practices. This includes managing CI/CD pipelines, deploying infrastructure as code, configuring and supporting core services.
Your Impact

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure following best practices, ensuring high availability and performance.

Work closely with engineering teams to integrate changes and maintain a stable development environment.

Implement automated solutions for backups, monitoring, and security; conduct regular system audits.

Manage CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure smooth operation.

Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure and system reliability
Your Experience and Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Control Tower) and hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Skilled in automating tasks using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Terraform, and SaaS tools, with proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Strong understanding of network operations, system security, and monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch to ensure performance and availability.

Proven experience in business transformation, working in regulated or publicly traded environments, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts across teams.

3–5 years of relevant experience with a proactive approach to align technical solutions with business needs and managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $54,797- $110,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% compensation.
