About the Role: 

We are looking for a maintenance technician to performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment. 

What would I be doing? 

• Sets up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work

• Makes routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance 

• work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machines and equipment

• Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment repairs

• Works with outside contractors on facilities and equipment repairs

• Manages Company Fleet program. Maintains oil changes,tire rotations,scheduling 

• repairs and keeping up with current registration on all vehicles and trailers

• Scheduling,prioritizing and maintaining facilities work orders in maintenance log

What must I have? 

• Performs work in more than 2 of the maintenance trades: plumbing, machine and equipment repair, electrical, HVAC, construction and general repairs

• High School diploma or equivalent required 

• 2 year technical degree preferred 

• Experience supporting facilities work orders at a large plant/facility 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
