About the Job:
Precision Planting is looking for a positive and responsible individual to serve as First Impressions Coordinator. As the First Impressions Coordinator you will manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of general and administrative tasks such as incoming calls, incoming
and outgoing mailings, welcome guests, partners, and employees to the office, and be a utility member of the Events Team.


Responsibilities:
• Direct all incoming calls to the appropriate queues or individuals
• Serve as a utility member of the Events Team to help coordinate and execute components of internal and external events
• Perform a variety of clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
• Direct all visitors to their appropriate destination
• Order and maintain office and necessary supplies
• Own and cultivate the overall brand of shared spaces within the office by always
ensuring meeting/event readiness and cleanliness standards
• Provide general administrative support to all Precision Planting employees
• Perform other related tasks as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:
• High School education
• A passion for helping others succeed and creating a welcoming environment for all
• Friendly, warm, and customer focused attitude
• Proficient in the English language and grammar
• Ability to work independently
• High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
• Excellent phone and communication etiquette
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Calendar
