The PTx Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the marketing technology (MarTech) stack required to enable marketing success. This role requires a highly organized and systematic thinker with a deep understanding of digital channels and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing marketing processes, managing marketing technology, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance marketing efficiency and impact.
Your Impact

Collaborate with team members from across the PTx and AGCO organizations on the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics). Ensure the integration and optimization of MarTech systems to support marketing initiatives.

Establish and govern permissions and structural guidelines for all MarTech tools to enable action while also supporting organized asset management and protecting customer data. Ensure all MarTech tools meet compliance guidelines for relevant regulations and industry standards.

Streamline and improve marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with a wide range of teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Support, IT) to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives and to ensure the tech stack supports seamless data collection and management.

Assist in the development and management of the MarTech budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Routinely evaluate current tools and conduct need assessments to determine potential adjustments. Evaluate cost effectiveness of the tech stack and opportunities to streamline resources across teams and/or business units. Assess and negotiate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role.

Proven track record of successfully driving digital marketing initiatives and leveraging technology for business growth.

Proficiency in common MarTech tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, SMM, DAM). (Note: PTx uses a variety of MarTech systems, including Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manage and BrandFolderr. Experience with these exact tools is nice to have but not required if experience with similar platforms exists.)

Excellent project management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication/interpersonal skills.

You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Hybrid/Remote model from Tremont, IL. The team is global, with much of our North American operations based in Tremont, IL. This position can be hybrid (with officing out of Tremont) or remote.
