Radicle Agronomic is a dynamic entrant to the agricultural soil sampling and nutrient management industry, introducing novel technologies that dramatically improve quality, repeatability, and operational efficiency in a historically underdeveloped category. The Radicle Agronomics Product Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by providing advanced technical support to our business partners and end-users of the Radicle Agronomics platform. Other aspects of this role include collaborating with R&D, leading the development and execution of Radicle Agronomics product training, and creating technical support resources. 

 

Your Impact 

  • Serve as the primary contact for Radicle business partners and end-users, handling technical support calls during office hours and on an after-hours rotation. This includes product setup and installation, in-field operation, breakdown issues, and responding to inquiries via call, text, and email.  

  • Act as a crucial liaison by communicating current issues and future product needs to the R&D team and actively participating in the go-to-market process for new product launches.   

  • Initiate, manage, and execute projects aimed at enhancing customer experience, optimizing internal processes, and improving training programs' effectiveness.  

  • Generate and edit essential technical publications, including operation/diagnostic manuals, service bulletins, and knowledge base articles. Additionally, lead both introductory and advanced level breakout sessions for customer training and select PTx events.  

  • Assist in trade show success through setup, tear-down, and staffing, while effectively communicating value messaging of the Radicle Agronomics platform to farmers and other industry professionals. Aid in ongoing R&D and agronomic research studies both in the lab and in-field environments. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Systems Technology, Agronomy, or equivalent experience (3+ years in Precision Ag support or 5+ years in related product support).  

  • Familiarity and hands-on experience in the agriculture industry. 

  • Strong writing, editing, and creative expression abilities. 

  • Comfortable communicating and presenting to large groups. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking. Comfortable with seasonal travel.

Your Compensation 

This position will be within the range of $54,797 - $110,000 based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% compensation 

 

Your Workplace 

You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in an Onsite model from Tremont, IL
